Default Publicly available test NGS exome?

Hi,

I am interested in testing out several different NGS software packages, and I was looking for publicly available raw data (fastq, map files) to use when doing these tests. I've found plenty of transcriptome NGS data, but not exome. I've spent a bit of time trying this data to no avail.

I'm looking for a human example, a normal individual preferred. Could anyone simply point out a reference for me? I'll be very appreciative.

'Targeted capture and massively parallel sequencing of 12 human exomes'. A quick search on wikipedia will direct you to other references.

What about data from the 1000genome project:

ftp://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1...984/alignment/

for example...
