  • Next Generation Sequencing Data Summit

    Oxford Global's Next Generation Sequencing Data Congress taking place on the 17th & 18th June 2013 in London. The Congress is focused on the current and innovative methods in which leading scientists use to analyse and interpret NGS sequence data generated from Genomics and Genetics research, as well as reviewing the next-generation sequencing data tools, computational tools, platforms and software available for the analysis of data.

    The event will attract over 150 senior-level decision makers in UK and Europe working in areas such as next generation sequencing data analysis, bioinformatics & data management. It will bring together a unique group of researchers, bioinformaticians, engineers, biostatisticians, and software developers from major academic, research, and clinical institutions, medical genetic testing, services laboratories, core facilities and pharmaceutical companies

    All delegates are pre-qualified to ensure relevant seniority and investment budget control. To help you capitalise on the available audience we do have a number of ways to become involved as a sponsor at the event, including;

    • Pre-arranged, guaranteed 20 minute meetings with speakers/delegates of your choice
    • Speaking presentation or technology workshop on the conference programme
    • Sponsorship of social functions (lunch /drinks reception)
    • Exhibition showcase

    For more information please get in touch. There is still space to present and exhibit, but we expect to fill very quickly.

    Thank you for your time. Have a great evening all.

      Essential Discoveries and Tools in Epitranscriptomics
      by seqadmin

      The field of epigenetics has traditionally concentrated more on DNA and how changes like methylation and phosphorylation of histones impact gene expression and regulation. However, our increased understanding of RNA modifications and their importance in cellular processes has led to a rise in epitranscriptomics research. “Epitranscriptomics brings together the concepts of epigenetics and gene expression,” explained Adrien Leger, PhD, Principal Research Scientist...

      Current Approaches to Protein Sequencing
      by seqadmin

      Proteins are often described as the workhorses of the cell, and identifying their sequences is key to understanding their role in biological processes and disease. Currently, the most common technique used to determine protein sequences is mass spectrometry. While still a valuable tool, mass spectrometry faces several limitations and requires a highly experienced scientist familiar with the equipment to operate it. Additionally, other proteomic methods, like affinity assays, are constrained...
