Hi all,
I have a question about the parameters of SOAPdenovo correction module.
I would like to specify the maximum number of kmer frequence cut off. I've checked the usage of corrector and I thought I have to use "-e" option. But the default value of "-k" is the same with "-e" default value, which start of kmer frequence cutoff. Then, I am confused.
I did ask the developer about this before but I could not get the answer yet.
If anyone has information, please let me knows what does they mean.
Thanks,
Corthay
