i tried uploading a data in galaxy via FTP method. the URL used is
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/geo/DATA/...19%5FRAW%2Etar i get an error message as :Unable to fetch ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/geo/DATA/...19%5FRAW%2Etar 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0x8b in position 513: ordinal not in range(128) although i have uploaded this way many times but i never got an error message. Also i tried removing '%' sign and uploading again but again the same error message. can anybody tell me what is going wrong? |

Perhaps you should post this question to the Galaxy support list. You will get a quicker answer there.
