how to export a Transfac matrix
I want to upload a matrix in .dat format in my inhouse tool for testing purpose. Transfac have matrices but i really don't know how to export them.
URL for the matrix needed to export is: http://www.gene-regulation.com/cgi-b....cgi?AC=M00246 if i copy paste in excel and save as .dat it doesn't work. Anybody has a clue how to do it? Thanks in advance Neetu |
