searching 454 (single read) + Illumina paired-end or matepair data
Hi all,
we are searching a small genome dataset that contains 454 single read data and illumina paired read data. Does anyone know where I can download such a dataset. I've been searching on the SRA archive, but i'm not able to find one. Thanks in advance, Marten |
