Hello all,
I am trying to annotate a genome (476 Mb ; 8,000 scaffolds).
I plan to use the Maker pipeline and before that, I need to train Augustus.
I have plenty of RNA seq data that I mapped and assembled using tophat and cufflinks.
I read many tutorials for training Augustus but none is doing the same and I actually don't understand how I can do that... I am confused with many things, it is not clear at all...
Is there a kind person to explain me the pipeline of training Augustus using RNA seq data ?
