This is amazing, I have used edgeR quite some times now, but now Im running with some other samples, but gets an error:
d <-readDGE(targets,path="path/to/files",skip=5,comment.char="!")
Error in read.table(file = file, header = header, sep = sep, quote = quote, :
no lines available in input
How come? my targets file is correct, so is my path. HTSeq files are also ok.
UPDATE:
Never mind!! Turns out one HTSeq file had no output....
