I am trying to test out some visualization software I am working on and I need an example GWAS data set. I am looking for a file coordinates and p-values (bed or vcf). I don't want to have to do the analysis just the plotting. Anyone know where I can find such a file? Thanks in advance.

Thanks. That is very helpful. I am looking through those studies one by for a supplemental file that contains the info i am looking for. I want all SNPs not just significant ones.
