Plz help on error in Cuffmerge (Error:gtf_to_sam not found)

Hi.

I am complete beginner on linux.
Please help me to solve the error during cuffmerge running.

"Error:gtf_to_sam not found on this system. Did you forget to include it in your PATH?"

I saw the thread : http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15092

I added cufflinks folder to my path. I reloaded .bashrc by doing '. ~/.bashrc'


I can run cuffmerge, gft_to_sam individually.

But, I still have the error and I am lost here what to do.

please help me.
