Hi,
I really wish to find out what is the best platform (Illumina GAII, Roche 454, ABI SOLiD, or 3rd generation such as PacBio and Hellicos) for high sensitivity mutation detection, i.e. a platform able to detect and quantify low frequency, e.g. <1%, of somatic mutations in the major oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes after target capture. Any feedback is highly appreciated! srr8623 |
