Gene set enrichment analysis for Drosophila

Hi everybody,

I would like to use the functions goana and kegga from limma package to perform gene set enrichment analyses for Drosophila. Does anybody know whether the p-value in the results is already corrected for multiple testing and if so, which method is applied for this step (e.g. BH, Bonferroni,...)?

Can anybody recommend any other tool to perform gene set enrichment analyses (KEGG and GO) for Drosophila?
