Default Sanger sequencing - How to get consensus sequence from forward and reverse strand?

I have my DNA sequencing results for 5 samples. In the results, I have the sequence of a forward and reverse strand for each sample. How do i get a consensus sequence from both strands? I need this sequence to do a BLAST search to identify sample species. Thank you
