Using Blast2go on a Mac
Hi all,
I am using Blast2go on my Mac, and I am able to upload my fasta files ok but when I go to Blast the Files, it does not work. Nothing comes up saying that the Blast is working nor does it save anything in the file I created to save the Blasts. However when I use my labs PC it works, so I know my fasta file is ok. Does anyone have any input on why I cannot run Blast on my Mac?? Thanks |
