  • CummeRbund - PCA

    Hello,

I'm using the PCA plot function implemented in the CummeRbund package. The package is very user-friendly, however, I can't find a way to get the eigenvalues or the percentage of each principal component (PC1, PC2, PC3...). Does anyone know how to retrieve this information, if possible?

    I would appreciate any feedback.

    Thanks in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Vinicius

      Hi,

No, I didn't get any feedback.

What I did was to extracted the geneset of my interest from CummeRbund and plot the PCAs using the ade4 package. It is also a very easy package to work with.

      Best,

      Vinicius

          Strategies for Sequencing Challenging Samples
          by seqadmin

Despite advancements in sequencing platforms and related sample preparation technologies, certain sample types continue to present significant challenges that can compromise sequencing results. Pedro Echave, Senior Manager of the Global Business Segment at Revvity, explained that the success of a sequencing experiment ultimately depends on the amount and integrity of the nucleic acid template (RNA or DNA) obtained from a sample. “The better the quality of the nucleic acid isolated...
