    TMAP errors

    When running tmap version 0.1.3 i get the following message

    src/index/tmap_refseq.c:228: in function "tmap_refseq_fasta2pac"
    IUPAC codes were found and will be converted to non-matching DNA bases
    warning: the value is out of range
    trying to continue...

    wondering what the meaning of 'the value is out of range" ... is??
