Default Roche/454 for bacterial ChIP DNA

Hi,

I work with bacterial transcription factors.

I am trying to find out alternatives to ChIP-chip and am considering 454 sequencing of the ChIP DNA. Has anyone here tried it for bacterial samples?

Any help on sample prep is appreciated.

Thanks!

Did you intend to post in the Core Facilities forum? Probably more appropriate for the Sample Prep forum?
