Default nextera XT library préparation " pooling" ht1

hello everyone, I'm currently preparing a nextera XT library but i'm stuck in the pooling step, according to the manuel i should diluât my library in HT1 but i found 2 HT1 tubes, one with carbidge ( a tube ) on which it s written Hyb buffer, and the other bottle is in the box 1 of the library préparation kit, with a not in the tube " after amplification only" which one should i use.
are they the same?
