timeout of 60.000 seconds exceeded while waiting for FPGA command "ZDACR" to complete

Hi All,

we are working with an Illumina MiSeq machine since approx. 5 years. Up to now we had no major problems.
But during out last seqeuncing run we got an error

"timeout of 60.000 seconds exceeded while waiting for FPGA command "ZDACR" to complete"

And google does not help at all. Does anyone has an idea what this error is about?

The Z in that error message would make me suspect the Z-stage (or its controller) having a problem. Often when HiSeq does this, a power cycle or two would make the problem go away. Sorry it doesn't help with what's most likely a failed sequencing run that has to be repeated.
