Default Detecting and Visualizing gene fusions

Hi there,
Is the Genomatix Transcriptome Viewer applicable to pacbio transcriptome data for visualization of fusion gene?
Anyone can provide some software for visualizing the PB data? THANK YOU!

You may wish to look at Ribbon, from Maria Nattestad.

See Maria's presentation on YouTube, describing visualization of a 2-hop gene fusion with Ribbon starting at 12:15.
