    comment about Webinar

I have attended couple of these webinars from Strand in the past and has one suggestion. They need to discuss more of RNA-seq data analysis than spending lot of time in pathway analysis that will be more useful and will attract more customers. Just a suggestion please.

More detailed Avadis NGS webinars coming soon!

Thank you honey for your feedback on our introductory webinars.

We are already working on more detailed seminars on just RNA-Seq and the other workflows, which will be available soon. For now we are running a more general webinar that only shows the four major end points of the RNA-Seq workflow as part of the presentation of all three available workflows (RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq and DNA-Seq).

But for those of you who can't wait, we can arrange private seminars on a topic specified by you. Just ask us through our website:

            Strategies for Sequencing Challenging Samples
            by seqadmin

Despite advancements in sequencing platforms and related sample preparation technologies, certain sample types continue to present significant challenges that can compromise sequencing results. Pedro Echave, Senior Manager of the Global Business Segment at Revvity, explained that the success of a sequencing experiment ultimately depends on the amount and integrity of the nucleic acid template (RNA or DNA) obtained from a sample. “The better the quality of the nucleic acid isolated...
