TruSeq Manifest File: 0 or 1-based coordinate?
I just want to make sure, since there is no standard in these kind of things.
For the Manifest File hosted here: http://support.illumina.com/download...fest_file.ilmn Or here directly: http://supportres.illumina.com/docum...15032433_b.txt Do you guys know if the coordinates listed is 0 or 1-based? Thanks. |
