Default fold change with controls having value 0,0

How do I calculate a fold change when my controls have a value of 0,0? I want to see the expression of DAB in different cell lines and compare them. Can I just take the ratio of coloured cells (DAB) over the number of cells and assume that it's the fold change relative to the control and plot this?

I also understood this issue, my friend from 3d slots for free told how it works. And together we sorted out all the nuances.
