    Best cancer genomics centers in Europe and USA

    I'm interested in cancer genomics and I would like to find a postdoc position where I could learn how to analyze NGS data.
    But since more or less all paid positions require previous experience I was advised to find my own fellowship.
    So can anyone recommend some good labs/institutions in both Europe and USA that would accept such postdoctoral fellow and provide me an assistance in writing a project proposal needed for fellowship application?
