Hi everyone,
does anyone know about a decent Plasmid Database or an API that offers plasmid sequence and meta data in .json format? I just had a look at the PlasmID database website of Harvard, but was only able to find .doc and .txt formats there on the particular plasmid detail pages: https://plasmid.med.harvard.edu I'm happy about any suggestions! |
