Hi,
Does anybody have a method for simulating reads from a reference? I would like the read simulator to be able to treat the reference as circular. I have been using this script http://socwiki.wordpress.com/2011/05...ngss-sequence/ but it has been returning libraries with odd insert sizes (not sure how to fix it). I have also tried using one of my own python scripts but it's not good enough for the job. Appreciate any input! Thanks S |

Hi, that looks great but I can't see an option to treat the input sequences as circular. Am I missing something? If so could you point me in the right direction?
Thanks S |
