Hi Guys
Just wondering if you have some experience with normalizing single cell libraries correcting for the MDA (Multiple Displace Amplification) bias. I would love to hear about the techniques used. Do we remove the high abundance reads based on kmers and should we do the same for low abundance reads were we can artificially increase there coverage ? Thanks! -Abhi |
