Hi there
I have done several (about 800) tot RNA extractions using trizol followed by RNeasy clean-up. I usually do 20 samples per day. Although I am generally satisfied with what I get, especially in terms of quality, I notice that last samples of my daily extraction course are always less concentrated than the first ones. Do anyone know why this happens? Cheers Dam |
