Frag-smallIndel and CNV:

I've tried to find the hs_CNV_data file at the solidsofwaretools.com website to no avail. Could someone shed some light as to where I can find it? I've downloaded, unzip'ed all the files under CNV tool and can't seem to find that directory or the specified, provided cmap file. I would also like to know where to find the .bmc files as well as the p-arm/q-arm sizes that are specified in the cmap file from the solidsoftwaretools.com website:
