low library yield with Ion AmpliSeq Inherited disease panel
Hi All
I am facing very low yield in library when using 10ng gDNA per pool for Inherited disease panel. I have tried many things like increasing DNA amount, target amplification cycles, ensuring fresh 70% ethanol, drying the beads ( I do 2-3 min. as the place we live is very dry). According to protocol, I should get 300ng/ml-1500ng/ml but I am only getting 132-182ng/ml. Any ideas or advice? Thanks |
