pdb files for c. elegans

Hi Members,
Pardon me if this thread is not in correct forum and the question is too silly.

I am working on certain set of transmembrane proteins in C. elegans.
I need to visualize them, for that I am using Chimera UCSF tool. It requires pdb file.
I am unable to find the same on RCSB PDB. It shows me output for homo sapiens.
I wonder, how can I get hands on the pdb files I am looking for.

Of these three seem to be classified as membrane or cell surface proteins: http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/results/resu...toshow=Current

Are you sure the protein(s) you are interested in have had their structures experimentally determined? If you have published references then there should be PDB ID's included in there that you can use.
