Identification of microRNA peak from Agilent samll RNA ship
Hi, everyone,
I have a question about Agilent Small RNA chip, base on Agilent show us the demo Small RNA chip's image below, I dont understand the Peak1, peak2, and peak3 means, peak2 maybe is mature ~22mer miRNA peak, i really dont know what is peak1 and peak3? somebody know these? miRNA.gif |
