Hi all,
I really need your help on this technical question. ![]() Solexa small RNA sequencing primer, which is currently used, is designed in the 5' adaptor sequence and will sequence small RNA from their 5' ends. Can I design sequencing primer according to the 3' adaptor sequence of the Solexa small RNA library to sequence the small RNA from the 3' ends? For small RNA library, the 5' adaptor sequence is longer than the 3' one. Does this mean the sequencing has to start from the 5' adaptor? Thank you in advance!!! Nignah |
