HiSeq 2500
Has anyone else had issues with off board clustering on the cBOT in preparation for a HiSeq 2500 run?
We have had multiple issues ranging from varied density across the lane, to no clusters at all, to one lane working and the other not.... We have reason to believe it is the manifold as the cBOTS cluster fine for 2000 runs. Suggestions? Comments? |
