Hi all,
I'm very new to RNAseq and library construction and would much appreciate any help you could give me! Does anyone have experience producing cDNA libraries from microalgae species? Assuming my cultures are at stationary phase, roughly how much volume of an algae sample is required to produce a cDNA libraries for RNAseq analysis? I'm planning to extract total RNA from various volume amounts but would like to know of a good starting point. Thoughts anyone? Thanks! ![]() Andrew |
