Large MW seen in mRNA bioanalyzer trace
We've seen some strange large molecular weight material in some mRNA traces, has anyone seen something familiar? Any ideas what it could be? The material was not seen on the total RNA trace (although it may be there just too small to see), is seen on the mRNA trace after poly-A selection, and remains after DNase treatment.
Any ideas how it would affect sequencing? |

I think it no problem.
check your total RNA QC the 3rd image, FU is ~400, left 2 images FU just ~30, that means, them were enlarged for your vision! |
