Hi all,
I'm looking to sequence low quantities of PCR amplicon using the PacBio RS II system. I am trying to detect single nucleotide variants within these amplicons so need to minimise the number of PCR cycles I do (to avoid PCR-induced error). So I am looking to see if anyone knows what the input DNA template concentration requirement is for the library preparation kit 2.0 (250bp-->3kb)? Thanks, Joe |

there are a number of different protocols available for download. Roughly, 250bp requires 250ng. |
