Hello,
I'm just trying to test runCA, but it appears that the program can't find gatekeeper in its bin (though I've checked and it's there). Has anyone run into this problem before/have ideas what might be going on? I'm just an undergraduate/I don't have much experience with genome assembly so any advice/insight would be much appreciated! Error message is below. Thanks in advance. runCA failed. ---------------------------------------- Stack trace: at /usr/bin/runCA line 1501 main::caFailure('can\'t find \'gatekeeper\' program in /Linux-amd64/bin. Poss...', undef) called at /usr/bin/runCA line 1049 main::setParameters() called at /usr/bin/runCA line 6282 ---------------------------------------- Failure message: can't find 'gatekeeper' program in /Linux-amd64/bin. Possibly incomplete installation |

You may want to change into the bin directory, or try adding the directory to your path
export PATH=/home/yourdirectory/wgs-8.1/Linux-amd64/bin:$PATH You can also add this to your .bashrc file |
