+/-inf log(FC) CuffDiff output
I everybody. I have using CuffDiff and I get gene with a good p-value (<0.05) but the value to log(FC) is +inf or -inf because the value of FPKM of some sample is 0. What can i do with this data? Have Anyone a solution? any formula?
