Hi all, I hope this isn't a long shot or inappropriate for this forum...
I'm having troubles with a script I've written for a Hamilton MicroLab Star liquid handler. All is golden, except for an issue I've been having trying to use the Nested Tip Racks for standard volume tips. It seems like I may have saved the most complicated bit for last. When I add the VISUAL_NTR_Library::Channels_TipCounter_Edit step into my script, and go to run in simulation mode, I keep getting the same error that the program could not find the Visual_NTR_Library.smt file. I've double and triple checked that the sub-method is present at the correct place in the file path designated by the error message. I am not sure what is going on here. Even when I run a previous script that I imported from a different computer (that runs correctly on the other said PC), I get the same error message regarding the visual NTR library file missing. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you! |
