Dear,
I have a question about Nextera Mate Pair Library Prep Kit (https://www.illumina.com/products/by...l?langsel=/us/). As far as I can understand, the adapters used in the Kit are the same one used in the TruSeq technology? Is that right? Does anyone have some documentation about the sequences of the adapters? I am mainly interested in the differences in the Read1 and Read2 sequencing primer sequence. Thanks! |

You are correct about the truseq style adapters. Sorry I do not know about additional documentation.
