I have some fastq files that came with 'clip' files with instructions for quality trimming; a table of lines that are:
read ID -- left clip coordinate --right clip coordinate I'd like to generate a new fastq file , trimmed according to the clip file. Does any tool exist for this? Trimming fastq records according to an input file of readID + coordinates? |
