I like many of the suggestions so far and would add these as well...

http://www.politigenomics.com - nice post on Breast Cancer
http://zorrosgenome.wordpress.com - just how much does an Illumina cost to run?
nextgenseq.blogspot.com
http://hpcinfo.com/ - high performance computing, we all need one of those!

They usually have one or two posts a month and I only reads the ones that pique my interest. I am finishing up my thesis so I need some distractions

Hmmm...Their RSS feeds could be good fodder for Newsbot.

Maybe we need an NGS blog network?

I started a new blog called Mendelian Disorder at http://mendeliandisorder.blogspot.com No promises that it's all about NGS, but I will try to put as much useful/interesting stuff as possible.

If you are asked to pick the best blog from all these choices, what would it be?
Thanks

I must admit, that is a frustrating question indeed. All of them are of high quality, so check them out!

I've started a blog. It will be my perspective on biology. My perspective being a wet lab guy that has mostly studied epigenetics, chromatin structure, transcriptional regulation and how these things effect biological pathways. And of course I'll be posting on how NGS has finally made bioinformatics cool.

http://ethanomics.wordpress.com/

BTW, great list. Reading blogs is great.
