Default TruSeq Nano and hybridization?

I am interested in using the newer truseq nano kit for library preparation, but I am wondering if the products produced using the kit are suitable for targeted capture using a probe set. Has anyone tried this using the Nano kit? Is it successful? Any insight would be appreciated.
