Question TruSeq Nano and Covaris E220

Does anyone have experience preparing libraries with Illumina's TruSeq Nano kit and using a Covaris E220? Illumina provides a shearing protocol for the E210, but cannot say whether the E210 protocol will work well/efficiently on the E220.

I will also be contacting Covaris, but any and all input here is greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading!

Personally, we have an S2 so can't help with experience, BUT...
I think you should just use the S220 settings from the Nano protocol, because the shearing settings are shared among the S220 and E220:

Thanks lorendarith! I heard back from Covaris and the rep said the same thing - to use the S220 protocol and to make sure that if we use the microTUBES to also use the "Rack 96 Place microTUBE" (part # 500282 in case anyone else comes across this thread with the same question).

Kicking myself a bit for not realizing that the S220 and E220 protocols are the same before posting on here...but I'm grateful that you took the time to point it out. Thanks again!
