the second strand cDNA synthesis in RNA-seq library generation

Hi everyone,
i am in the middle of RNA-seq now, and i wonder what are the ways to synthesize the second strand cDNA currently in RNA-seq library generation.

Usually RNAse H digestion (creates gaps in the RNA strand, the remaining RNA pieces then do prime the second strand synthesis) and second strand synthesis with polymerase 1.
