Default Reference Genome

Hello,

I have data in FASTQ format from the Illumina 1G Analyzer. I wish to analyze it with Maq. The library represents gene expression TAGs derived from mouse mRNA.

I need to find a mouse reference in FASTA format. I could use either total genomic or a gene expression or transcriptome set.

Can anyone suggest where to download the reference files.

Thank you, CM
