Default Experience with Tufts?

Hi,

I have a couple of projects for HiSeq sequencing, and after investigating a few different labs, Im thinking of sending them to the core at Tufts. Does anyone have experience with this service? What services have been good for you?

*My samples include bacterial transcriptomes, so will need rRNA depletion...how have the users of this site fared with this process?

Thanks and happy sequencing!
