Default question about ssaha

baohua@ubuntu:~/SRMAP/code/ssaha/Binary$ make
make: *** No rule to make target `/Global/TimeStamp.cpp', needed by `TimeStamp.o'. Stop.


baohua@ubuntu:~/SRMAP/code/ssaha/Binary$ make ssaha
make: *** No rule to make target `/Global/GlobalDefinitions.cpp', needed by `GlobalDefinitions.o'. Stop.


how can i complie ?

You need to set the environment variable CURRENT_SSAHA_VERSION to point to the top level source directory, e.g. in bash shell
export CURRENT_SSAHA_VERSION=/home/your_name/SRMAP/code/ssaha/
Then try the make again.
