Default Agbt 2013

Since the 2013 AGBT agenda is out (, does anyone have opinions of what the most significant talks are going to be?

Oxford Nanopore was the big jaw-dropper last year but is conspicuously absent this time around. Personally I was hoping to see what kind of data they're currently capable of producing.

Also, has anyone ever found it useful to follow conference tweets (i.e. #AGBT13) or in general are they distracting?

To all that are going, see you there!
